design of more than 80 years, the 4-oven AGA provides a truly unique and
rewarding cooking experience. With 4 radiant-heat ovens, two hotplates and a
warming plate this AGA has unmatched flexibility and cooking capabilities. No gas service? No problem. The new electric AGA looks and cooks like the gas
AGA, but it's powered by a plug. How does it work? Simple. An electrically
powered warm air recirculation system (patent pending) provides the heat which
maintains the cooker's operating temperature and provides perfect radiant heat
cooking. And installation is simpler than ever. No gas means no need for an
outside vent, freeing you to place your AGA anywhere in your kitchen; an island,
a pass-through, wherever you like. That's the power of the plug!

Features
SIMMERING PLATE Will take up to three pans for slower, gentle cooking.
It will help you coax delicate sauces and gravies to a perfect conclusion. It
can also be used directly as a griddle for delicious pancakes. Temperature range
settings approx. 350°F
BOILING PLATE The Boiling Plate is cast
iron cooking plate positioned directly over the Aga`s heat source, so it offers
instant heat - about 700 °F. It`s big enough to accommodate three average-sized
saucepans and boils water quicker than a gas burner or electric element. It`s
also ideal for stir-fry. If you need less heat, simply move your pan toward the
edge of the plate. You can even use the Aga Toaster supplied with your Aga
cooker to create perfect toast on the Boiling Plate - crisp on the outside,
deliciously soft inside.
WARMING PLATE Large square surface.
Keeps food and plates warm, a gentle heat ideal for melting chocolate or butter
in a basin and keeping the coffee or tea pot warm. Can also be used to warm
plates prior to serving. Temperature range settings Approx. 140°F. YOU CAN
SELECT A GAS BURNER OPTION IN PLACE OF THE WARMING PLATE.
ROASTING
OVEN A giant cast iron oven, constantly hot, helping you to seal all the
juices into your meat. So there's little shrinkage, and it tastes better too!
Using radiant heat, the food tastes better, more succulent and flavorsome.
Designed with large meals in mind, the roasting oven can easily accept a 25 lb.
turkey for the special holiday events. Temperature Range settings
425-450°F
BAKING OVEN At a moderate heat, this cast iron oven
is perfect for pizza, cakes, fish and cookies. Cook vegetables and other side
dishes to perfection while you roast a turkey, fish, or other main course in the
roasting oven. With radiant heat, timing is not critical, so you food does not
burn even if you leave it in longer than optimal. Temperature Range settings
325-450°F
BURNER UNIT Access panel for the Aga single burner
unit. A single 15,000 BTU burner powers all heating surfaces and ovens. Simple
design insures long life and high reliability
WARMING OVEN Keeps plates hot and food warm for hours. It's the perfect oven when your meal
is done, but your guests are late. Warm up breads, pastries and other treats.
The warming radiant heat keeps food warm, but never drys it out. Some Aga owners
are known to use the warming oven to even dry out damp mittens and sweaters.

SIMMERING OVEN Slow cooks
to perfection, retaining all the natural flavor and goodness. Keeps food hot
without drying it out. You can use this oven to cook casseroles, stews, and
other foods that require long cooking times for best results. Many Aga owners
put food in simmering oven on the way to work, and return home with a
ready-to-serve meal hours later. Temperature Range settings 225-250°F
