The chefs at The Culinary Institute of America practically live with this spatula. The Masters Collection® Silicone Chef's Spatula is the sure thing for stirring, mixing, blending, folding, spreading and scraping. The 4" x 2” silicone head is heat resistant to 600°F, so it can handle a hot, bubbling sauce. It’s fused to the handle so it will never come apart or trap food. Pointed on one side and rounded on the other, the head easily gets into pan corners and scrapes the sides of mixing bowls. The high-impact nylon handle is ultra-comfortable, yet rigid enough to provide much-needed leverage when mixing cookie dough and other stiff batters.
