This cooking class is designed for the budding chef.  Teens will learn cooking techniques and create fun dishes the whole family can enjoy.  Basic techniques include knife skills, prepping ingredients, proper cooking techniques (boiling, sautèing, grilling, roasting, baking) and food chemistry.  Using the freshest flavors of the season, we'll show how herbs and spices easily enhance food along with how to make good food choices
