Traditional Cast Iron

Cast iron is a classic cooking material used in kitchens the world over. Chefs love it because it captures and retains heat efficiently.  The flat machine base design makes for even distribution of that heat, which allows for even cooking. AGA cast iron cookware can be used in ovens as well as on hotplates and will develop a non-stick patina with seasoning.
