The Shun classic pro slicing knife is 12" long, suitable for virtually any larger slicing task. The dimpled blade reduces friction so the slices of meat fall effortlessly away from the blade. The knife is typically called a roast slicer or similar in the U.S. The Shun classic pro slicer is great for the holidays or anytime.

This stunningly beautiful line of kitchen cutlery by Kershaw features the look and benefits of Damascus steel, yet without its rusting problems. The Damascus-look blade profile reduces sticking and results in less damage to the food being cut and faster prep times.
