We Guarantee that your Staub cookware will be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase. The owner must follow care and use instructions for this warranty to apply. It covers normal household use and does not cover damage cause by normal wear, commercial use, abuse or mishandling. This warranty is non-transferable and decisions as to the cause of damage are the responsibility of the manufacturer. All decisions are final.

Please include your name, address, proof of purchase, description of the complaint and retailer you purchased it from. We can not guarantee that the same color, style or size will be available.
