Come join us for a day or a week of cooking this summer vacation at Eurostoves in North Beverly.  Our classes include hands on cooking by all participants directed by our professional staff.  Each class lasts 3 hours and you won't leave hungry!  

Cultural diversity on our plates makes for exciting, appealing food.  Using ingredients we are familiar with - and some that are not so common, we will prepare dishes that are typical of other countries buy that have become our favorites.  Come with us on this culinary adventure as we travel the globe, tasting great foods - some new and some we've adapted through our own cultural cooking styles. Cuisines include:  Asian, French, Mexican, Italian and Spanish/Latin.

French recipes include:
  • Onion Soup au Gratin
  • Croque Monsieur
  • Quiche Lorraine
  • Stuffed Vegetables Provencal
