WMF has been making high-quality kitchenware in Geislingen Germany since 1853, and the Perfect Plus line of pressure cookers have years of design and development behind them. Available in 2.5 qt, 3.0 qt, 4.5 qt, 8.5 qt sizes. All come with insert and trivet.
Features
The pressure cooker Perfect Plus is your fitness center for culinary pleasures. Whether vegetable, potatoes, whether fish or meat, sliced or en bloc, whether roasting, braising, stewing or steaming … Perfect Plus manages everything. Use the pressure cooker to cook soups and stews, to sear and braise meat, to stew or steam vegetable, fish, poultry, to prepare several side-dishes or a complete menu at the same time, to defrost frozen food, to boil down fruits, vegetables, meat and much more. Even wholefoods or light diet dishes are prepared easily in the pressure cooker.


 Cromargan® is the registered trademark of WMF for 18/10 stainless steel. Steel is refined by the incorporation of other metals which increases its utility. Cromargan® is an alloy of 18% chrome, 10% nickel and 72% steel. Chrome makes the material stainless; nickel makes it acid-resistant and adds gloss.

Easy Operating
The cooking indicator is easy to read.  Two orange-colored rings indicate the cooking temperature, the yellow ring indicates the residual pressure safety feature.

Optimum Cooking Results
The TransTherm®-universal base distributes the heat evenly and stores it for a long time.  It is suitable for all stove tops, also for induction hobs.

Safe Technology
The residual pressure safety indicator with colored display guarantees that the cooker can only be opened when pressure has been completely released.

Healthy Cooking
Air escapes while the pressure cooker heats up through the pre-cook automatic.  With the cooker hermetically sealed, the food retains more vitamins and minerals.

Easy Cleaning
Simply detach the handle and rinse the whole handle under the tap.  there is no need to take apart the handle or valves.

Measuring Made Easy
All WMF pressure cookers have a graduated scale on the inner wall to measure liquid amounts.
