Wall Ovens

BlueStar's newest product, the gas wall oven, was previewed at the national KBIS convention in May 2007 to much fanfare. The ovens will be available to the public in fall 2008. The 24" oven features a swing door, while the 30" and 36" ovens feature easy-to-use French doors, providing a unique look and simple functionality. All sizes are available in single and double oven versions, as well as 190 different colors. Each oven contains a powerful 30,000 BTU burner and a 15,000 ceramic infrared broiler. Order and install any BlueStar RNB range or cooktop and a certified service technician will visit your home to fine tune your BlueStar for optimal performance - at no charge!

Following White Glove Service, your BlueStar product warranty will automatically double, from 1 year limited to 2 year limited.

• Contact BlueStar customer service at 1.800.449.8691 within 10 days of installation to schedule White Glove Service.
• BlueStar will dispatch a certified BlueStar service technician to your home within 10 days to fine-tune your BlueStar for optimal performance.
• Upon completion of the White Glove Service, the standard 1 year limited warranty will be doubled to a 2 year limited warranty.

BlueStar ranges & Cooktops feature:

Nova�, SuperNova� and Simmer Burners

The cast iron porcelain-enameled Nova and SuperNova top burners are the most versatile burners in the industry. The Nova burner provides up to 15,000 BTUs of cooking power. For that extra boost the SuperNova delivers an amazing 22,000 BTUs; a rapid boil or superior saut� is never a problem! When using the gentle 130�F simmer burner, delicate sauces and soups are made simple with superior temperature control and flame disbursement.

Convection Oven Cooking

The cavity design of the BlueStar oven and the convection fan system result in the most complete exchange of air possible. This provides the most precise, even heat distribution. It has the largest oven capacity available in a 30" and 36" and will accommodate a commercial-size 18"x26" baking sheet.

Infrared Boiler

Because of its popularity in the commercial market, the direct-fired ceramic infrared broiler is standard on all BlueStar residential ranges. The large burner provides 1850� of intense, searing heat close to the burner while effecting a gentler broiling for foods placed farther away. The broiler is fully recessed into the oven's top to create maximum cooking space.

Full Motion Grates

Bring sauce to a boil while stirring on a front burner, then slide it to the rear to simmer while you saut� up front. These full motion grates allow you to easily reposition pots and pans from front to rear burners without lifting. The grates are also oversized to accommodate the largest stock pots and saut� pans.
