Cancellations
All class reservations are nonrefundable (much like purchasing a ticket to the theatre or sporting event). If you are unable to attend a class, we encourage you to send someone in your place.

We reserve the right to cancel classes. Classes with insufficient enrollment will be cancelled 72 hours prior to the date of the class. If this occurs, registered students will be notified by phone and we will attempt to rebook you for another class otherwise the course fee will be refunded completely.

In the event of inclement weather, you will be notified as soon as the class is cancelled and a full refund will be issued. If the class is held, no refunds will be issued due to the weather.

We also reserve the right to cancel or modify classes and menus. Due to the availability of ingredients, recipes may need to be substituted for a class. If time constraints occur, not every recipe scheduled will be prepared.

Attire
For participation in classes, we recommend appropriate attire and closed-toe shoes.

Gratuities
Gratuity is not included, but is appreciated.

Miscellaneous
Wine, beer and certain beverages are available for purchase during class.

Please notify us at the time of booking if you have any food allergies or dietary constraints.
