Here at Eurostoves, Inc., we want your shopping experience to be enjoyable
and secure. The online shopping area of our Website is secure. This
means that any information you send us is protected by encryption. It's

with Authorize.net, the leading provider of Internet payment gateway
services, enabling secure e-commerce transactions.
Credit card fraud is rare on the Internet, but it could happen. If you
experience fraudulent use of your credit card as a result of shopping
with Eurostoves, Inc., simply notify your credit card company in accordance
with its reporting rules and procedures. Most companies will either
cover all of the fraudulent purchases or hold you liable for a maximum
of $50.00. In the unlikely event that your credit card company discovers
credit card fraud, and holds you liable for some portion of the unauthorized
charges, there is no need to worry. Provided the purchase was made through
our secure server, we will reimburse you for the remaining liability
up to a maximum of $50.00. This is standard practice on the Internet,
and just part of the reason why people prefer shopping with Eurostoves,
Inc.
Ordering and Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday
through Friday 10:00AM – 5:00PM, excluding holidays). We generally
ship via FedEx within 24 business hours from the time we receive your
order depending on stock availability. If we encounter any problems
processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted within two
business days. If we have an accurate email address for you, then
you will receive an email notice FROM FEDEX letting you know when your
package has been shipped. In addition, you will be able to track your
package on-line at www.FedEx.com.
Upon checkout, we collect your name, shipping and billing addresses,
telephone numbers, and e-mail address in order to deliver your orders
promptly and to the proper location. We use your e-mail address to send
you two emails following a purchase. The first confirms that your order
was received, and provides an itemized order summary with your order
number. The second e-mail provides you with a confirmation that your
order has shipped.
Please note that should any of your items be on-reserve, out-of-stock
or discontinued, you will receive an additional email after your order
confirmation specifying the specific status of each item in question.
If necessary, a Eurostoves Associate may contact you by telephone to
resolve any issues concerning your order.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside of the Continental United States.
Funds and Purchase Information
All prices are in US Dollars, only US dollars will be accepted for payment
towards Products, Shipping, and Sales Tax. We only ship to the contiguous
48 United States online. If you live outside of that area, you will
need to call the store at 1-866-558-0007 to get a shipping quote.
To automate payment to Eurostoves, Inc. we offer Secure Transaction
with the following companies American Express, Visa, Master Card, and
Discover. If the item is a special order, the item will need to be paid
in full before ordering. There is no cancellation of special ordered
items. We realize some people are not yet comfortable with Secure Transactions
over the Internet. So we accept Check and Money Order Payment, but your
check or Money Order must clear our Bank before we can make delivery
to you. Note: Check and Money Order payments will delay orders for up
to 10 days while your funds are verified with our Bank. Returned checks

Sales Tax Information
Eurostoves, Inc. collects Sales Tax on products shipped in Massachusetts.
Products shipped within Massachusetts will be charged 5% Sales Tax.
Purchases shipped to other States will not be the subject to Sales
Tax charge.
Returns, Refunds and Order Cancellation Policies
- Orders placed via this website may be canceled within 48 hours
of placing the order, if not already shipped. Any order canceled after
48 hours will be a subject to a 15% restocking fee. To cancel an order,
please call us at 1-866-558-0007.
- For orders canceled after merchandise has been shipped, or while
the shipment is still in transit, the customer is responsible for
all applicable fees and freight charges. Merchandise must be
returned to Eurostoves, Inc. in its original condition (unused, with
all original packaging material included).
- All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.
Please contact us at 1-866-558-0007 for a Return
Authorization Number. Merchandise returned to Eurostoves without a
Return Authorization Number will be refused. Customer is responsible
for all associated shipping charges when returning or exchanging a
product.
- If the product received is damaged and refused, customer must notify
Eurostoves, Inc. immediately and we will arrange an exchange of the
damaged product. The damaged and refused product will be replaced
and all associated shipping charges will be paid by Eurostoves, Inc.
- Returns or exchanges can be made within 15 days of receiving the
product. Returned or exchanged products may be a subject to a 15%
restocking fee. All returned products must be in original condition
(unused, with all original packaging material included).
Damaged Freight
All appliance products are inspected, checked, and packaged by the manufacturer
prior to release to the carrier. We specify that all equipment items
be securely strapped to a wooden pallet prior to shipment, which greatly
reduces the likelihood of damage during transit. But in spite of our
best efforts, shipping damage can and does sometimes occur. Here's what
to do before signing for delivery:
- Before signing the delivery receipt, make sure you have received
all the items specified on the bill. If anything is missing from the
shipment, note this on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign
your copy
- Always note any external damage to cartons on the delivery receipt
and have the driver sign your copy
- We highly recommend that you unpack each carton in the driver's
presence and carefully inspect each item. Note any damage on the delivery
receipt and have the driver sign your copy. Contact the carrier immediately
to file a claim
- If you discover concealed damage after the driver has left, immediately
call the carrier and request inspection. Keep all packing materials
and contents in the same condition as when the damage was discovered
- It is a good idea to take pictures immediately after discovering
concealed damage in order to support your claim
- If the equipment delivered appears to be damaged beyond repair,
please refuse the shipment and write on the shipping documents exactly
why you refused the delivery. Make sure you get a delivery receipt
from the trucking delivery person with your remarks written on it.
This will permit us to obtain a new unit from the factory and have
the trucking company handle the problem they caused.

Eurostoves works hard to bring you low prices. If you have found a better
price for an item at another authorized dealer*, we will do everything

staff is standing by 7 days a week, Mon-Fri 10AM to 10PM EST, and Sat
10AM to 6PM EST, and Sun 12PM to 5PM EST. Price matching is only applicable
to identical conditions of sale. The item must be in stock at the other
authorized dealer (not a floor sample, "open box" item, refurbished
or demo piece) and not be a club "member’s price" or
